As a Recruiting Specialist at NGS Virtual, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective pilots interested in joining our virtual airline. You'll actively promote NGS Virtual across flight simulation communities, manage our recruitment campaigns, and ensure new members have a smooth onboarding experience.

This is a volunteer position requiring 3-5 hours per week. You'll work closely with our leadership and training teams to build a thriving pilot community and maintain our reputation as a premier virtual airline.

• Promote NGS Virtual on flight simulation forums, social media, and community platforms
• Respond to recruitment inquiries and guide prospective pilots through the application process
• Create engaging recruitment content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials
• Welcome and onboard new pilots, ensuring they understand our systems and culture
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze effectiveness of different recruitment channels
• Maintain relationships with flight simulation communities and partner organizations
• Collaborate with training staff to identify and address new pilot challenges
• Organize recruitment campaigns and open house events to showcase NGS Virtual

• Active member of NGS Virtual in good standing with at least 3 months of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of flight simulation and virtual airline operations
• Experience with social media marketing and community outreach preferred
• Available 3-5 hours per week for recruitment activities and new pilot support
• Professional, welcoming, and patient approach when working with new members
• Ability to create basic graphics or promotional content (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Familiarity with Discord, forums, and social media platforms
• Passion for growing the virtual aviation community
